Risk Management

The Risk Management Department at PLICO has been serving our insureds since 2005. Our staff includes a multidisciplinary group of professionals with diverse experience in clinical risk management, quality improvement, medicine and legal issues. We have two offices—our corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City and our Tulsa office that are available to provide assistance to our statewide network of physicians.

PLICO Risk Management seeks to educate and train PLICO policyholders and their staff on key issues of clinical risk management with the ultimate goal of increasing patient safety.  By focusing first on patient safety, we seek to initially improve patient care in both quality and experience, which we believe ultimately results in a reduction of both frequency and severity of loss.

The PLICO Risk Management team is dedicated to serving the unique needs of our physicians. We collaborate closely with our customers to provide tailored risk management solutions for targeted patient safety challenges that face them today.
