This program is designed to provide the physician’s staff members with practical ideas for implementing five-star service. Physicians will benefit by learning to identify those processes and behaviors in their staff members that are consistent with five-star customer service.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Oklahoma State Medical Association (OSMA) and Physicians Liability Insurance Company. The OSMA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
